This team manages all things and people that come on and off the stage. It's the perfect position for someone who loves peopleband to work behind the scenes.

This is the team for anyone who is willing to learn! Positions include director, shader, switcher and camera operator. Most folks start off operating a camera so they can become familiar with the nuts and bolts of broadcast, before potentially moving into the video room to control the broadcast.
