Support an Alpha course by cooking and delivering a meal for 12-14 people. You can do this 1 week out of the year, or as many weeks as you would like!

Support the Alpha Host and learn what Alpha is all about as you provide hospitality to guests who do not know Jesus.

Lead a group that is focused on reaching those who do not know Jesus in your home. We will have a night to explain what Alpha is all about and then train you, before sending you out to launch your own Alpha with another host and 2 helpers.

Have a passion for helping people grow spiritually in the community? Have experience in life groups or leading them? We have short-term and long-term group leadership options. Rooted is a great place to start leading with plenty of staff support and encouragement.
Support our Businessmen ministry through facilitating businessmen life groups, mentoring businessmen and helping execute events for businessmen.
Follow up with men interested in taking a next step via phone or text, especially after men’s events.
Help greet, plan/serve food, set up, clean up, host a table, run games/activities, prayer, and/or take photos/video for 4 men’s events per year.
Support 4-5 life group leaders with monthly contact to encourage them, pray for them, and guide them to follow God’s leading of their group.

Shepherd a life group and help them grow spiritually in community.
4 events/year
Men’s Hangouts are designed to create opportunities for men to bond around a shared hobby or interest. Leaders host an activity 1-2 times per month, build an invite list and teach newly welcomed men needed skills, while connect relationally and spiritually.
Various/flexible
Be available to pray at men’s events, at church services and when spontaneous needs arise.
Be on a contact list to receive communication when serve needs at church or in the community arise. Sometimes specific skills or experience are needed.
Support 4-5 life group leaders with monthly contact to encourage them, pray for them, and guide them to follow God’s leading of their group.
Commit to pray for requests pertaining to mixed/married ministries. Be available at events to join those seeking prayer in the prayer space. Time commitment: Events are 3-4 times per year and weekly solo prayer.
Represent the discipleship team with follow-up phone calls, emails and texts to those who have inquired about groups and events. Requires a computer. Time Commitment: 1 hour per week.
Serve on the team that produces mixed/married events throughout the year. Time commitment: Monthly meetings, more, dependent on role.
